I shall long remember Dan's warmth, twinkly humour and enthusiasm for tackling engineering challenges. Over the years, we had many conversations about everything from cars & tractors to timber framed buildings and logging. We also shared many interests and friends in the automotive industry and enjoyed discussing the practicalities of business and leadership. He is and will remain greatly missed.
